穴位按压联合康复按摩在产后宫腔组织物残留辅助治疗中的应用

Application of acupoint pressure combined with rehabilitation massage in adjuvant therapy of postpartum intrauterine tissue residues

目的:探讨穴位按压联合康复按摩在产后宫腔组织物残留辅助治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的产后仍有宫腔组织残留物的产妇102例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取常规产后康复治疗,观察组在此基础上采用穴位按压联合康复按摩,比较两组患者疗效、不良反应及心理健康水平情况。结果:观察组宫腔内组织物排出、阴道出血量及子宫收缩情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后焦虑及抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对产后宫腔组织物残留患者实施穴位按压联合康复按摩辅助治疗,不仅能提高疗效,还可缓解产后患者焦虑情况,降低产后抑郁,并促进产后快速康复,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the application effect of acupoint pressure combined with rehabilitation massage in adjuvant therapy of postpartum intrauterine tissue residues.Methods:To select a total of 102 delivery women with postpartum intrauterine tissue residues in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with equal number.The control group received routine postpartum rehabilitation treatment.The observation group was treated with acupoint compression combined with rehabilitation massage.The efficacy,adverse reactions and mental health of the two groups were compared.Results:The intrauterine tissue excretion,vaginal bleeding and uterine contraction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation massage for patients with postpartum intrauterine tissue residue can not only improve the curative effect,but also relieve postpartum patients’anxiety.In addition,it can reduce postpartum depression,and promote postpartum rapid recovery.Therefore,it has important clinical significance.
