护理行政查房在提升内科护理质量与管理水平中的应用

The application of nursing administrative rounds in improving the quality and management of internal medicine

目的:探讨护理行政查房在提升内科护理质量和管理水平中的应用价值。方法:2015年1月我院开始实施护理规范行政查房制度,比较我院内科行政查房前(2013年1月至2014年12月)和行政查房后(2015年1月至2016年12月)患者对护理服务认可度(住院患者满意度调查表)及护士长管理水平"注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)",科室护士能力"护士能力量表(NCS)"及各内科室护理质量差异。结果:行政查房后,住院患者感知护理服务质量评价量表评分高于行政查房前(P<0.05);行政查房后,12名护士长CIRN领导力维度评分和156名在职护士NCS评分均高于行政查房前(P<0.05);行政查房后,12个内科科室护理人员综合护理质量评分高于行政查房前(P<0.05)。结论:护理行政查房实施后能激发各科室护理人员提升自我素质,促使护士长改善其管理水平,是医院提高质控水平的有效手段,也使患者对医护人员护理服务的认可度得到提升,提升了护理质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of nursing administrative rounds in improving the quality and management of internal medicine.Methods:In January 2015,our hospital began to implement the care standard administrative round-robin system,comparing our hospital's internal medicine administrative rounds(January 2013 to December 2014)and administrative rounds(January 2015 to December 2016).Patient's acceptance of nursing services(inpatient patient satisfaction questionnaire)and nursing master's management level"competency inventory for reg-istered nurse(CIRN)",nursing competence"nursing competency scale(NCS)"and differences in nursing quality of internal medicine units.Results:After the administrative rounds were inspected,the scores of perceived nursing service quality assessment scales of inpatients were higher than those before administrative rounds(P<0.05);after the administrative rounds,12 head nurses CIRN leadership dimension scores and 156 inservice nurses had higher NCS scores than before of administrative ward rounds(P<0.05);after the administrative ward rounds,the nursing quality of nursing staff in 12 internal medicine departments was higher than that before administrative rounds(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the implementation of the Nursing Administration ward rounds,it can stimulate the nursing staff in each department to improve their self-quality and urge the head nurse to improve their management level.It is an effective means for the hospital to improve the quality control level,and it also enhances the recognition of the nursing services for the medical staff.Improve the quality of care.
