人本管理在护理管理中的临床应用

Clinical application of people-oriented management in nursing management

目的:探讨人本管理在护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选择2013年10月至2015年1月在我院就诊患者260例作为对照组,在护理管理中采用常规管理;选择2015年2月至2017年6月在我院就诊患者260例作为观察组,在护理管理工作中实施人本管理。比较两组患者护理质量、患者对就诊满意度以及护理人员对工作的认可度情况。结果:观察组患者治疗舒适度、护理技巧、理论知识以及护理记录评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),患者对护理工作的满意度评分以及护理人员对工作的认可度评分优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理管理中实施人本管理方案,可显著提高护理工作效率及护理质量,提高患者就诊满意度及护士工作认可度,有效提高临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of people-oriented management in nursing management.Methods:To select a total of 260 patients admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to January 2015 as the control group,and they were treated with routine management.A total of 260 patients admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group and they were nursed by people-oriented management.The quality of care,the patient's satisfaction with the nursing and the degree of acceptance of the nurses’work in the two groups were compared.Results:The patients’treatment comfort,nursing skills,theoretical knowledge,and nursing record scores in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The patients’satisfaction scores for nursing work and nurses’recognition for work were better than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the people-oriented management plan in nursing management can significantly improve the efficiency of nursing work and the quality of care.It can improve patient satisfaction with the nursing work and nurses’work acceptance rate,therefore this method can effectively increase the value of clinical application.
