军医大学本科生精神卫生知晓情况及其影响因素探析

Mental health awareness of undergraduates in military medical university and its influencing factors research and analysis

目的:分析军医大学本科生精神卫生知晓情况及其影响因素,为提升军校大学生心理健康状况提供理论参考依据。方法 :采用方便整群抽样,选取某军医大学754名学员作为研究对象,采用"精神卫生与心理保健知识问卷"作为调查工具。结果:军医大学本科生精神卫生知识总体知晓率为82.60%,平均知晓率为74.73%,女学员知晓率高于男学员(P<0.05);护理学员知晓率最高,全科医学学员知晓率较临床医学、护理及航空医学学员低(P<0.05),且随着年级增长而递减;年龄、生源、是否为独生子女比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:军医大学本科生精神卫生知晓率较高,达到国家精神卫生规划要求,应着重加强对男学员特别是全科医学学员精神卫生知识的宣传教育,强化精神心理问题解决途径及相关纪念日知识宣教。

Objective:To analyze the undergraduates’awareness of mental health and its influencing factors in military medical universities,and to provide theoretical reference for improving the mental health of military college students.Methods:A total of 754 students from a military medical university were selected as the research object by adopting convenient cluster sampling,and the"mental health and mental health knowledge questionnaire"was used as the investigation tool.Results:The overall knowledge rate of undergraduate mental health knowledge in military medical university was 82.60%,and the average awareness rate was 74.73%.The awareness rate of female students was higher than that of male students(P<0.05).The awareness rate of nursing students was the highest.The awareness rate of general medicine students was lower than that of clinical medicine,nursing and aeromedical students(P<0.05).The level decreased as their grades increased.There was no statistical significance in comparison of ages,resources of students and whether the student was the only child in the family(P>0.05).Conclusion:The awareness rate of undergraduate's mental health in military medical university is relatively high,and it meets the national mental health planning requirements.It should focus on strengthening the publicity and education of mental health knowledge for male students,especially general medical practitioners.It should strengthen the ways of solving psychological problems and relevant commemorative day knowledge propaganda.
