乙肝肝硬化患者中医护理方案的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for hepatitis B cirrhosis patients

目的:探讨乙肝肝硬化患者实行中医护理方案的临床效果评价。方法:选取我院2017年1—11月收治的乙肝肝硬化患者50例为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组则采取国家中医药管理局制定的中医护理方案实施中医护理,经过一段时间护理后,观察两组患者的服药依从性、生活质量、并发症及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者服药依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度及生存质量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对乙肝肝硬化患者按照中医护理方案施行中医护理,不仅能够有效提高临床疗效,还能提高患者的满意度和生活质量,具有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the evaluation of clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for hepatitis B cirrhosis patients.Methods:To select 50 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients cured in our hospital from January to November 2017 as research objectives,and randomly divide them into observation group and control group.Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on a traditional Chinese nursing program prepared by state administration of traditional Chinese medicine.After a period of nursing time,observe patients’medication compliance,life quality,complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:Patients’medication compliance in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction and life quality were both obviously better than those in control group(P<0.05),and occurrence of complications was obviously lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of traditional Chinese nursing based on a traditional Chinese nursing program for hepatitis B cirrhosis patients could not only effectively improve clinical effect,but also increase patients’satisfaction and life quality,and it has satisfactory application value in clinic.
