可移动式多功能骨科牵引装置的研制与临床应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨可移动式多功能骨科牵引装置的研制与在股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2016年2月至2017年10月我院168例股骨粗隆间骨折老年无法采用手术治疗的患者随机分为对照组80例和干预组88例,干预组88例采用可移动式多功能骨科牵引装置治疗,对照组80例采用常规骨牵引治疗,比较两组患者包括髋关节功能恢复情况、骨折愈合时间。结果:两组愈合时间比较干预组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1年行髋关节功能Harris评分比较干预组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实用新型可移动式多功能骨科牵引装置结构简单、实用性强,减少了拆装的麻烦,促进患者恢复,有利于临床骨科患者的关节功能恢复。 Objective:To explore development of movable multi-function orthopedics traction device and its application effect on femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients.Methods:To select 168 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture elderly patients unable to surgical treatment cured in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2017,and randomly divide them into control group of 80 cases and intervention group of 88 cases.88 cases in intervention group was treated by adopting movable multi-function orthopedics traction device,while 80 cases in control group was treated by adopting routine orthopedics traction,and compare functional recovery condition of hip joint and fracture healing time for patients between the two groups.Results:Compare healing time between the two groups,and the healing time in intervention group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compare hip joint function Harris score one year after surgery between the two groups,and the score in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The newly useful movable multi-function orthopedics traction device has simple structure and strong utility,without trouble of disassembly,and it could promote patients’recovery and be helpful for joint function recovery for clinical orthopedics patients.
