摘要
以煅烧法处理电解二氧化锰(EM D)工业矿渣原料,用工业水玻璃对其进行碱激发反应制备地聚物矿物胶凝材料。以抗压强度为性能指标,单因素实验考察了锰矿渣的煅烧温度、水玻璃模数、液固比等条件对锰矿渣的碱激发反应活性的影响。
The raw materials of electrolyzed manganese dioxide(EMD)industrial slag were treated by the calcination method,and alkali cementation reaction was conducted with industrial water glass to prepare geopolymeric mineral cementitious materials.Taking the compressive strength as the performance index,the single factor experiment investigated the influence of the calcination temperature of manganese slag,the modulus of the water glass,and the liquid-solid ratio on the alkali-activated reactivity of manganese slag.
