基于对国内高校图书馆特色馆藏建设的差异性分析,本文总结出科学制定和实施战略规划是产生特色馆藏建设差异性的主要原因之一,阐述了特色馆藏建设战略规划对高校图书馆自身发展、促进高校"十三五"规划战略目标的实现和推进中华文化建设具有重要作用,提出高校图书馆战略规划仍需重视的两方面问题。
