基于民俗体育文化传承的高校公共体育课程改革研究

Research on the Reform of Public Physical Education Curriculum in Colleges Based on the Folk Sports Culture Heritage

民俗体育文化在高校公共体育课程传承有非常重要的现实意义。本研究阐述了我国民俗体育文化融入高校公共体育课程的必要性,在分析了制约民俗体育文化在高校体育课传承的因素的基础上,提出民俗体育文化融入高校公共体育课程的对策。

Folk sports culture has a very important practical significance in the public sports course in colleges and universities.This study elaborates the necessity of integrating folk sports culture into public physical education in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the factors restricting folklore physical culture from passing on physical education in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of integrating folk physical culture into public physical education in colleges and universities.
