某核电厂DCS机笼模件烧毁根本原因分析

摘要 随着核电厂自动化程度的提高,DCS在核电厂中的应用越来越广泛,DCS中的电路板容易受外界强电或感应电影响而损坏。文章介绍了某核电厂调试期间电气配电盘感应电引起DCS机笼模件烧毁的过程分析及感应电产生的原因。这种分析问题的方法和思路对解决DCS受干扰问题有一定指导和借鉴意义。 With the improvement of the automation degree of nuclear power plants,DCS has become more and more widely used in nuclear power plants,and the PCB in DCS can be damaged by external strong electricity or inductive power.This paper introduces the process analysis and the causes of the burning of DCS cage mold by electric distribution panel during the commissioning of a nuclear power plant.The method and idea of this kind of analysis are helpful to solve the interference problem of DCS.
