分析三种血液指标应用于细菌感染性疾病临床诊断的价值

The Clinical Value of C Reactive Protein Quantitative,Neutrophil Ratio,and Leukocyte Count in the Diagnosis of Bacterial Infection

目的探讨C反应蛋白定量(CRP)、中性粒细胞比值、白细胞计数(WBC)联合在细菌感染性疾病诊断中的应用价值,为临床感染性疾病诊断提供依据。方法选取在我院治疗的95例感染性疾病患者作为研究对象,根据感染源不同将其分为细菌感染组、病毒感染组与细菌合并病毒感染组,同时选取50例健康体检者作为对照组,均进行CRP、中性粒细胞、WBC测定,比较感染性疾病患儿与对照组患儿指标差异,比较感染性疾病患者各组间指标差异。结果感染组与对照组在CRP、中性粒细胞与WBC三项指标均存在显著差异(P<0.05),细菌感染CRP明显高于非细菌感染患者(P<0.05)。结论 CRP是细菌感染性疾病早期判断的重要指标。

Objective To explore the value of C reactive protein quantification(CRP),neutrophil ratio and white blood cell count(WBC)in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases,and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis of infectious diseases.Methods 95 cases of infectious diseases treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into bacterial infection group,virus infection group and bacterial infection group according to the source of infection.At the same time,50 healthy persons were selected as control group.The levels of CRP,neutrophils and WBC were measured.Then,the difference of index between children with infectious disease and control group was compared,and the difference of index between groups was compared.Results There were significant difference in CRP,neutrophils and WBC in three indexes of infection group and control group(P<0.05),and the level of CRP infection in infection group was significantly higher than that in non-bacterial infection patients(P<0.05).Conclusion CRP is an important indicator of early diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases.
