在冠心病患者中不同血液检验指标检验的应用价值探讨

Application Value of Different Blood Test Indexes in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察冠心病患者运用不同血液检验指标进行检验的成果。方法选出2016年11月-2017年12月这一时间段我院接收并检验的冠心病患者68例,当作组一,并选出同期检验且结果正常者68例,当作组二,比照两组的血小板参数与心肌肌钙蛋白参数。结果组一的血小板参数与心肌肌钙蛋白参数都高于组二(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者的全部血液指标都能够被当作诊断凭据,尤其是RDW监测,不单可以诊断患者的心肌缺损状况,还可以评定其预后状况。

Objective To observe the results of different blood test indexes in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From November 2016 to December 2017,68 patients with coronary heart disease received and tested in our hospital were selected as group 1.68 cases with normal results were selected as group 2.Results The platelet parameters and cardiac troponin parameters of group 1 were higher than those of group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion All blood indexes of patients with coronary heart disease can be regarded as diagnostic evidence,especially RDW monitoring.The condition of myocardial defect can also be evaluated.
