活动、固定义齿在牙周病伴牙列缺损修复中的应用研究

Application of Fixed Dentures in Periodontal Disease with Dentition Defect Repair

目的探讨活动义齿与固定义齿在牙周病伴牙列缺损修复中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年11月-2016年11月收治的65例牙周病伴牙列缺损患者临床资料,随机分为研究组(35例,39颗患牙)与对照组(30例,36颗患牙)。研究组行活动义齿修复,对照组行固定义齿修复,比较两组的修复效果。结果修复后,研究组出血指数(1.17±0.23)分,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活动义齿应用于牙周病伴牙列缺损修复中,其出血情况比固定义齿修复更优,但其术后牙基健康状况不及固定义齿修复,两种修复方式各具优势。

Objective To investigate the effect of dentures and fixed dentures in periodontal disease with denture defect repair.Methods The clinical data of 65 patients with periodontal disease with fracture in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into study group(35 cases,39 teeth)and control group(30 cases,36 teeth).The denture in the study group was repaired,while the control group was fixed denture.The repair effect was compared between the two groups.Results After repair,bleeding index(1.17±0.23)in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dentures are used in the periodontal disease with dentition defect repair.The bleeding is better than the fixed denture,but the postoperative dentinal health is not as good as the fixed denture,both of the repair methods have their advantages.
