沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松+缩唇呼吸在尘肺病并COPD的应用

Effect of Salmeterol/Propionic Fluticasone + Lip Breathing in the Treatment of Pneumoconiosis and COPD

目的探讨沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松联合缩唇呼吸对尘肺病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的治疗效果。方法抽取我院结防科2015年1月-2017年1月收治的120例尘肺病合并COPD患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用缩唇呼吸,比较两组治疗前后肺功能和呼吸困难程度。结果两组治疗前最大通气量(MVV)、用力呼气量/肺活量(FVC/VC)、肺活量(VC)、一秒用力呼气容积/用力呼气量(FEV_1/FVC)和呼吸困难程度之间无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组上述指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松联合缩唇呼吸对尘肺病合并COPD效果明显,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the combined lip breath and salmeterol/propionic fluticasone on pneumoconiosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,120 cases of pneumoconiosis with COPD patients were selected from our hospital of defense department as the study subjects,and according to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with the treatment of salmeterol/propionate,and the observation group was given lip breathing on the basis of the control group,and the pulmonary function and respiratory difficulty before and after treatment were compared.Results The two groups before treatment,the chase volume(MVV),Force expiratory volume/lung capacity(FVC/VC),forced vital capacity(VC),force expiratory volume per second(FEV1/FVC)and degree of difficulty in breathing,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the index difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It is obvious that the combination of salmeterol/propionate and fluticasone combined with COPD for pneumoconiosis has obvious effect and is worth populating.
