原发性冻结肩后上关节囊松解与不松解临床对照研究

目的探讨对原发性冻结肩患者采取后上关节囊松解和不松解治疗的临床效果。方法抽取我院2016年10月-2017年10月收治的50例原发性冻结肩患者进行对照研究,按照治疗方法将其分为人数相等的松解组和未松解组。对比未松解组和松解组Constant评分以及关节活动度。结果各组间的Constant评分、被动外展角度均无显著的差异(P>0.05),松解组的被动内旋活动度显著优于未松解组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对原发性冻结肩患者采取后上关节囊松解和不松解治疗,均能够改善患者的疼痛症状以及肩关节活动度,但是短时间内松解组的内旋活动度改善情况显著优于未松解组。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of post-operative uppercapsulotomy and non-loosening on patients with primary frozen shoulder.Methods 50 cases of primary frozen shoulder patients admitted from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital and were divided equally into release group and non-release group according to the treatment method.Constant scores,and joint mobility were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant difference in Constant score,passive abduction angle between two groups(P>0.05).The degree of passive internal rotation was significantly better in the release group than that in the non-release group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both treatments improved painful symptoms and shoulder mobility in patients with primary frozen shoulder,but the improvement of rotational activity in the untreated group was significantly better than that in the untreated group in a short period of time.
