饱和吸氧:过渡舱功能新拓展

Saturated Oxygen Therapy:a New Expansion of the Function of the Transition Chamber

目的总结和探讨运用高压氧舱过渡舱开展饱和吸氧的临床体会和价值。方法将2012年11月-2016年12月间高压氧科接诊的489例不宜或暂不宜接受高压氧治疗的患者,运用过渡舱给予饱和吸氧治疗。结果依据各种疾病的相应疗效评判标准进行疗效评估,患者病情有不同程度改善341例,无明显变化148例,有效率69.7%。结论运用过渡舱开展饱和吸氧,能在不增添饱和吸氧装置的情况下积极拓展高压氧科氧疗范围,打造高压-常压相辅相成的"氧疗链",充分发挥高压氧舱设备效能。

Objective To investigate and summarize the clinical experience and value of the use of hyperbaric oxygen saturation to carry out in transition chamber.Methods From November 2012 to December 2016,489 patients who could not be admitted or treated with hyperbaric oxygen were treated with hyperbaric oxygen on transition chamber.Results According to the corresponding curative effect evaluation criteria of various diseases,the curative effect evaluation was carried out.The patients'condition improved to varying degrees in 341 cases,but there was no obvious change in 148 cases,the effective rate was 69.7%.Conclusion The use of transition chamber to carry with saturated oxygen therapy can actively expand the range of hyperbaric oxygen,oxygen therapy does not increase the device in the saturated oxygen inhalation under the condition of high pressure,to create complementary“oxygen therapy chain”,give full play to hyperbaric oxygen equipment.
