摘要
目的研究并比较普罗帕酮与胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床效果及其对血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2016年12月我院接收的90例心律失常患者作为研究对象,采取计算机单盲随机分组方法分为两组,每组45例,A组接受普罗帕酮治疗,B组接受胺碘酮治疗,比较两组总有效率、血清炎症因子指标、不良反应发生率。结果 A组的总有效率为82.22%,B组为95.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组的不良反应发生率为4.44%,B组为6.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预前两组炎症指标CRP、IL-6相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后B组CRP、IL-6炎症因子水平(2.11±0.51)mg/L、(61.24±2.16)pg/ml低于A组(4.92±0.15)mg/L、(127.13±2.48)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普罗帕酮、胺碘酮治疗心律失常均具有良好的安全性,但胺碘酮对心律失常更加有效,且其对血清炎症因子的抑制作用更加显著。
Objective To study and compare the clinical effects of propafenone and amiodarone on arrhythmia and their effects on serum inflammatory factors.Methods Totally 90 patients with arrhythmia received in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups(45 cases in each group),group A received propafenone treatment,and group B Group received amiodarone treatment,the total effective rate of two groups,serum inflammatory cytokines,the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate in group A was 82.22%,in group B was 95.56%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 4.44%,while in group B was 6.67%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of inflammatory cytokines CRP and IL-6 in the two groups before intervention were similar(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of CRP and IL-6 inflammatory cytokines in group B were(2.11±0.51)mg/L and(61.24±2.16)pg/ml,respectively In group A,(4.92±0.15)mg/L and(127.13±2.48)pg/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Propafenone and amiodarone have good safety in the treatment of arrhythmia,but amiodarone is more effective on arrhythmia,and its inhibitory effect on serum inflammatory factor is more significant.
