喹硫平和利培酮实施于以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症治疗中的效果评价

The Efficacy of Quetiapine and Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia with Negative Symptoms

目的探究喹硫平和利培酮实施于以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症治疗的临床效果。方法资料选取本院诊治的以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者120例,分为研究组(60例,喹硫平联合利培酮治疗)和对照组(60例,喹硫平治疗),分析两组SANS评分和不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗后SANS评分总分均低于治疗前,差异具统计意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后不良反应发生率28.33%(17/60)低于对照组48.33%(29/60)(P<0.05)。结论喹硫平和利培酮治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的疗效较好。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of quetiapine and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms.Methods The data selection in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 120 patients with predominantly negative symptoms of schizophrenia,they were divided into research group(60 cases,quetiapine combined risperidone therapy)and control group(60 cases,quetiapine treatment),analysis of two groups of SANS score and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total score of SANS score in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the research group was 28.33%(17/60)lower than that in the control group,48.33%(29/60)(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of quetiapine and risperidone in patients with schizophrenia with negative symptoms is better.
