半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的分析半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选择来我院就医的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者(80例、2016年11月29日-2017年11月30日),通过就诊顺序单双号分组(分2组)。分别给予胃复春片、半夏泻心汤治疗,对比2组临床症状评分情况、Hp感染转阴情况。结果(1)观察组纳差为(0.91±0.02)分、嗳气为(0.92±0.05)分、隐痛为(0.21±0.02)分,数据与对照组数据之间存在较大差异性(P<0.05);(2)观察组Hp感染转阴例数为35例,对照组有25例,数据之间对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,提高Hp感染转阴例数,可推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(80 patients,November 29,2016-November 30,2017)were enrolled in our hospital.Weifuchun tablets,Banxia Xiexin Decoction treatment,the clinical symptoms score,Hp infection overcast situation of two groups were compared.Results(1)The clinical symptoms score in the observation group were(0.91±0.02),(0.92±0.05),and(0.21±0.02)respectively.There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).(2)Hp infection in the observation group,the number of negative cases was 35 cases,control group,25 cases,the data between the comparison,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Banxia Xiexin Decoction has significant effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the number of cases of Hp infection and can be promoted.
