半夏白术天麻汤合逍遥散治疗良性位置性眩晕的疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Banxia,Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Xiaoyao Powder on Benign Positional Vertigo

目的观察半夏白术天麻汤合逍遥散治疗良性位置性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取符合标准的良性位置性眩晕患者56例随机分为两组,对照组予以西比灵胶囊+手法复位治疗,治疗组予以半夏白术天麻汤合逍遥散+手法复位治疗,2组患者在初诊时、治疗2周后分别进行DHI量表评分测定。结果治疗组DHI量表分值明显低于对照组,眩晕症状改善明显优于对照组。结论良性发作性位置性眩晕患者症型大部为痰浊上扰,患者多伴有肝郁气滞之焦虑、抑郁症状,半夏白术天麻汤合逍遥散能有效改善患者症状、降低复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of benign positional vertigo.Methods 56 cases of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo patients were selected and were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given the West than the capsule+manipulation for treatment,the treatment group was treated with banxia baizhu tianma decoction combined with Xiaoyaosan+manipulative reduction in treatment,2 groups of patients after 2 weeks of treatment were evaluated with DHI scores.Results In treatment group,DHI scores were significantly lower than the control group,vertigo symptoms improved were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo syndrome of phlegm disturbance results in newly diagnosed,patients with anxiety and depressive symptoms of stagnation of liver qi,banxia baizhu tianma decoction combined with Xiaoyao Powder can effectively improve patients'symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
