摘要
目的探索在危重症患者的临床护理当中,患者护理安全的相关因素以及具体的护理方案。方法选择我院2017年一整年中出现护理安全事件的55例危重症患者为主要对象,分析患者的护理安全影响因素,并提出科学的护理方案,观察患者接受改进方案护理后的不安全事件发生情况,针对相关的研究情况进行回顾性分析。结果影响危重症患者护理安全的因素主要包括患者自身因素、护理人员因素,此外,药品、仪器以及感染等也是主要因素之一。结论在危重症患者的临床护理当中,影响患者护理安全的因素类型较多,护理人员需要加以把握并提出科学的护理方案。
Objective To explore the related factors of patient care safety and specific nursing plan in the clinical nursing of critically ill patients.Methods A total of 55 critically ill patients who had nursing safety incidents in our hospital in 2017 were selected as the main objects.The influencing factors of nursing safety were analyzed,and a scientific nursing plan was put forward.Results The factors influencing the nursing safety of critically ill patients mainly included their own factors and nursing staff factors.Besides,drugs,instruments and infections were also one of the main factors.Conclusion In the clinical nursing of critically ill patients,there are many factors that affect the safety of patients.Nurses need to grasp and put forward scientific nursing plan.
