湿性敷料与传统换药在糖尿病足换药护理中的效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Effect of Wet Dressing and Traditional Dressing on the Nursing of Diabetic Foot Dressing

目的分析湿性敷料与传统换药在糖尿病足换药护理中的效果。方法选取我院糖尿病足患者一共100例,患者收取时间在2015年1月-2016年2月,将糖尿病足患者100例随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组50例患者在换药护理中实施湿性敷料,对照组50例患者实施传统换药。结果观察组糖尿病足患者的总有效率96.00%与对照组具有显著差异(P<0.05),观察组糖尿病足患者的症状改善时间(5.21±1.45)d、住院时间(15.26±1.27)d优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足换药护理中采用湿性敷料,取得显著效果,值得推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of wet dressing and traditional dressing on the nursing of diabetic foot dressing.Methods The patients with diabetic foot in our hospital a total of 100 cases from January 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.50 patients in observation group were dressing nursing implementation of wet dressing,and the control group of 50 patients with the implementation of the traditional dressing.Results The total effective rate of observation group of patients with diabetic foot was 96.00%,compared with control group had significant difference(P<0.05),the observation group of patients with diabetic foot symptoms improved time(5.21±1.45 mm),length of hospital stay(15.26±1.27)d was better than the control group patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The wet dressing for diabetic foot replacement care has achieved remarkable results and is worthy of promotion and application.
