手术室舒适护理对非全身麻醉患者的影响

Influence of Operating Room Comfort Nursing on Non-general Anesthesia Patients

目的探析对非全身麻醉患者应用手术室舒适护理对患者的心理状态与护理舒适度的影响。方法我院于2016年3月-2017年4月收取52例非全身麻醉患者,将52例研究对象分为24例对照组与28例实验组。对照组应用常规手术室护理,实验组应用手术室舒适护理。观察与比较两组SAS、SDS评分与护理舒适度。结果护理后实验组SAS、SDS评分远低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度远比对照组优(P<0.05)。结论应用手术室舒适护理对非全身麻醉患者疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of operating room comfort nursing on the psychological status and nursing comfort of non-general anesthesia patients.Methods From March 2016 to April 2017,52 nongeneral anesthesia patients in our hospital were divided into 24 cases of control group and 28 cases of experimental group.The control group received routine operation room nursing,and the experimental group used the operating room comfort care.The SAS and SDS scores and nursing comfort were observed and compared between two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were much lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable room operation in non-general anesthesia patients curative effect.
