护理干预在急性阑尾炎患者腹腔镜手术围手术期中的应用观察

Application of Nursing Intervention in the Perioperative Period of Laparoscopy of Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的观察系统性护理干预应用于急性阑尾炎腹腔镜手术围术期患者中的临床效果。方法选择我院急性阑尾炎患者80例,均采取腹腔镜手术治疗。按随机数字表法分两组,各40例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上给予系统性护理干预。对比两组切口愈合时长、住院时长、并发症及护理满意度。结果实验组切口愈合时长、住院时长短于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组27.50%比较,实验组并发症发生率5.00%明显降低,与对照组75.00%比较,实验组护理满意度95.00%明显提高(P<0.05)。结论系统性护理干预能提高急性阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者康复效果,降低并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of systematic nursing intervention in the perioperative period of laparoscopy in treating patients with acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 80 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital were treated by laparoscopic surgery.And they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The time of the incision healing,length of hospitalization,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the time of the incision healing and the length of the hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group 27.50%,the incidence of complications in the experimental group 5.00%was significantly lower;compared with the control group 75.00%,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group 95.00%significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can improve the effect of patients with acute appendicitis,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
