综合性护理在甲状腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Radical Thyroidectomy

目的探讨综合性护理在甲状腺癌根治术患者中的应用及对其焦虑、抑郁情绪和术后疼痛的影响。方法纳入2016年3月-2017年11月90例甲状腺癌根治术患者以数字表法分组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合性护理。比较效果。结果观察组甲状腺癌根治术护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术治疗依从性、手术护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁情绪和疼痛优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理在甲状腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果肯定,可提升护理质量和患者满意度,对其焦虑、抑郁情绪和术后疼痛有明显的缓解作用,可提升患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing in patients with radical resection of thyroid carcinoma and its effect on anxiety,depression and postoperative pain.Methods from March 2016 to November 2017,90 patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy were divided into groups according to the digital table.Control group was given routine care,and observation group was given comprehensive care.The effect of two groups was compared.Results The satisfaction degree of the nursing of radical thyroidectomy in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the surgical treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety,depression and pain in the observation group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in radical thyroidectomy patients with positive results,can improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction,its anxiety,depression and postoperative pain were significantly relieved,can enhance patient satisfaction,it is worth promoting.
