阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者行腹腔镜阑尾切除术后围手术期的护理体会

Perioperative Nursing Experience of Appendicitis with Diabetic Patients after Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的总结阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者的腹腔镜阑尾切除术围手术期护理体会。方法选择2016年8月-2017年11月期间在我院接受腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的糖尿病合并阑尾炎患者52例作为研究对象,随机划入观察组和对照组,其中观察组26例,对照组26例,分别接受阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者的舒适护理和常规护理,比较两组患者的预后情况。结果观察组患者各项指标结果均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者腹腔镜阑尾切除术的围手术期舒适护理效果显著,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of appendectomy with appendectomy in patients with diabetes.Methods From August 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital received laparoscopic appendectomy treatment of diabetic patients with appendicitis in 52 cases as the research object,randomly assigned to observation group and control group,26 cases in the observation group,26 cases in the control group received comfort nursing and routine nursing of appendicitis complicated with diabetes patients,two groups of patients prognosis was compared.Results The results of all the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative comfortable nursing effect of appendectomy with appendectomy for appendectomy with appendectomy in patients with appendicitis is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
