鼻内镜下功能性鼻窦开放手术配合与手术室护理体会

Cooperation of Functional Sinus Surgery Under Nasal Endoscope and Nursing Experience in Operating Room

目的总结鼻内镜下功能性鼻窦开放手术(FESS)患者的临床配合以及手术室护理体会。方法选取2015年12月-2016年12月我院收治的68例鼻窦炎患者,所有患者均进行FESS治疗,针对所有患者进行临床配合指导与手术室护理,分析护理效果。结果术后进行随访,所有患者对本次护理工作均表示满意,治疗有效率达92.65%(63/68)。结论针对FESS患者实施专科手术室护理与临床配合,能够有效保证手术成功率,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To summarize the functional sinus open surgery under nasal endoscope(FESS).Methods From December 2015 to December 2016,68 patients with sinusitis were selected.All patients were treated with FESS,all patients were treated with clinical guidance and operating room nursing,and the nursing effect was analyzed.Results All patients were satisfied with the nursing work.The effective rate of treatment was 92.65%(63/68).Conclusion Nursing care and clinical cooperation in special operating room for patients with FESS can be effective.To ensure the success rate of the operation and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
