优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用分析

The Application of High Quality Nursing in the Nursing of Puerperal Postpartum Hemorrhage of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的探讨优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月-2017年4月88例妊高症产妇并用随机数字表法分组。对照组用普通护理方法,观察组实施优质护理。比较两组妊高症产妇产后出血止血效果;产后出血认知、产后出血止血时间;干预前后产妇躯体功能、精神状态、情感功能、总体健康。结果观察组妊高症产妇产后出血止血效果高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后出血认知、产后出血止血时间优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组躯体功能、精神状态、情感功能、总体健康优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果确切,可提高产妇对产后出血的正确认知,有效止血和缩短止血时间,改善产妇生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 88 cases of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH)from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected and divided into random numbers.The control group was treated with general nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing.The hemostatic effects of postpartum hemorrhage in two groups of pregnant women with hypertension were compared,postpartum hemorrhage cognition,postpartum hemorrhage hemostasis time,physical function,mental state,emotional function and general health before and after intervention.Results The effect of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The observation group of postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum bleeding time cognition was superior to the control group(P<0.05);The observation group after the intervention of physical function,mental status,emotional function,general health were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension is effective,which can improve the correct cognition of postpartum hemorrhage,effective hemostasis and shorten the time of hemostasis,and improve the quality of life of the pregnant women.It is worth promoting.
