品管圈活动在缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓准备过程中的应用

Application of Tube Loop Activity in the Process of Venous Thrombolysis Preparation for Ischemic Stroke Patients

目的探讨在缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓准备过程中品管圈活动的应用。方法医院于2016年2-11月在缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓准备过程中引入品管圈活动,将实施后85例静脉溶栓患者的准备时间与实施前(2015年4月-2016年1月)收治的85例静脉溶栓患者的准备时间进行对比,并统计无形成果。结果实施后患者采血前准备时间、等待取血时间、溶药时间、办理入院时间均较实施前明显缩短(P<0.05),且护理人员QCC手法运用、个人能力发挥、沟通技巧、责任与荣耀、团队精神评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓准备过程中引入品管圈活动能够有效节省准备时间,并且还可提升护理人员的综合能力。

Objective To explore the application in cerebral ischemic stroke patients with intravenous thrombolysis to process the QC circle.Methods The hospital was introduced in the course of intravenous thrombolytic preparation in ischemic stroke patients during the preparation of venous thrombolysis from February to November2016.The preparation time of 85 patients after intravenous thrombolysis and 85 patients who received intravenous thrombolysis before implementation(from April 2015 to January 2016)were compared.And the intangible results were counted.Results After the implementation,the preparation time,the time of waiting for blood,the time of dissolving the medicine and the time for admission were significantly shorter than before the implementation(P<0.05).The use of QCC technique,personal ability,communication skills,responsibility and honor,and team spirit score were higher than before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of intravenous thrombolytic preparation in ischemic stroke patients,the introduction of the tube circle activity can effectively save the preparation time,and also improve the comprehensive ability of the nursing staff.
