摘要
目的为了让心脏外科的ICU护理工作管理者,转变护理模式,向病患提供更加高质量的护理服务,同时也便于加强护理管理工作的合理性和科学性。方法对心脏外科ICU的护士进行了分阶层使用,并通过问卷调查的方式,向384位患者发放了问卷,进行了对护士满意度的调查。通过对回收的问卷进行分析,将患者的满意度与相关阶层的护理的人员相联系。结果护理人员所在的阶层越高,患者对其的满意度就越高。结论这项分阶层使用方法利于评价和管理护理人员,也利于提高护理人员的职业素养,能够有效提高病患的满意度。
Objective To change the nursing mode of the ICU nursing worker in department of cardiac surgery for providing higher quality nursing services for patients,and to strengthen the rationality and scientific nature of nursing management.Methods The use of the subclass method for the ICU nurses of the department of cardiac surgery,and questionnaires were distributed to 384 patients by way of investigation.By analyzing the data,the patient’s satisfaction is related to the nursing staff of the relevant class.Results The higher the class of the nursing staff was,the higher the patient's satisfaction was.Conclusion The hierarchical use of methods is very beneficial for evaluating and managing caregivers.And it can improve the professional quality of nurses and improve patient satisfaction.
