急诊-重症科一体化护理管理在急危重症科护士中的应用

The Application of Integrated Nursing Management of Emergency Intensive Care Department in Emergency Critical Care Department

目的观察急诊-重症科一体化护理管理模式对培养急危重症专科护士的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年7月-2016年7月期间抢救室病房护士38名作为此次研究对象,对所有的护理进行综合考察,并做好问卷调查,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组护士各19名,均是急诊科护士。对照组行常规护理管理模式,研究组行急诊-重症科一体化护理管理模式,对比分析两组护理综合能力和患者相关问卷调查情况。结果研究组护士的各项临床能力均明显高于对照组,组间差异显著,存在统计学意义,且研究组满意率为98.00%,与对照组满意率(87.00%)相比较高,两组具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急危重症患者实施急诊-重症科一体化护理管理模式的效果良好,能够提高患者的护理满意度,且对培养危重症专科护理非常有帮助,值得发展宣传、推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated emergency management and intensive care management on nurses with acute critical care.Methods Selected from July 2015 to July 2016 during intensive care ward nurse 38 as the research object,comprehensive investigation of all nursing,and questionnaire survey,according to random number table method,it could be divided into research group and the control group,each group of nurse 19,all were the emergency department nurses.The routine nursing management mode of the control group was conducted,and the integrated nursing management mode of the study group was conducted in the emergency department of the study group,and the two groups of nursing comprehensive abilities and the questionnaire survey were compared and analyzed.Results The team all clinical nurses ability were significantly higher than that of control group,significant difference between groups,there is statistical significance,and the team satisfaction for 98.00%,high satisfaction rate(87.00%)compared with control group,two groups have significant statistical significance.Conclusion For patients with critical patients emergency-intensive integrated nursing management mode effect is good,can improve patient satisfaction with care,and is helpful to cultivate critical care nurse,worth developing propaganda,popularization and application.
