摘要
目的探讨针对临床医师进行心肺复苏培训时选择HALS3101模拟人进行模拟教学法的帮助。方法针对我院80例医师,其中40例为对照组选择传统教学方式进行培训,另40例为观察组选择HALS3101模拟教学法培训。对两组临床医师在心肺复苏上的掌握程度进行分析。结果在医师对培训的反馈上,观察组的教学兴趣、满意度和认可度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前观察组和对照组在理论成绩和实际操作成绩上比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后观察组在二者上均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HALS3101模拟教学法能够在不影响患者安全的前提下,展开专项技能的专项强化训练,使临床的医师能够掌握心肺复苏的要领,进而提升自我熟练的程度。
Objective To explore the help of the HALS3101 simulators in the course of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for clinicians.Methods 80 doctors in our hospital,40 doctors of whom were selected as the control group,were trained in the traditional teaching method,and the other 40 doctors were selected by the observation group to select the HALS3101 simulation teaching method.The degree of control of cardiopulmonary resuscitation of the two groups of clinicians was analyzed.Results The teaching interest,satisfaction and recognition of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the training,the differences between the observation group and the control group were not comparable between the theoretical results and the actual operating results(P>0.05).After the training,the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HALS3101 simulation teaching method can in under the premise of not affect patient safety,a special intensive training,special skills to make clinical physicians know better the essentials of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),and thus improve yourself skillfully.
