基于住院医师规范化培训视角的临床实践教学改革研究

以住院医师规范化培训为导向进行临床实践教学改革,以加强临床技能培训为切入点,更新临床教学理念,将临床教学目标与住院医师规范化培训考试紧密结合。改革临床教学方法和考核办法,引入电子标准化病人、标准化病人,以临床路径为平台,引入循证医学、案例教学和"以问题为中心"等多种教学方法,以模拟考试的方法检验学生的学习效果,促进学生临床实践能力的培养,达到住院医师规范化培训考试标准。

The reform of clinical practice teaching guided by standardized training of residents,in order to strengthen the training of clinical skills,which can renew the concept of clinical teaching,and make a close combination of the clinical teaching objectives and the standardized training examination of the residents.Reform clinical teaching methods and change the assessment method of clinical teaching,introduce electronic standardization patients,standardize patients,take the clinical pathway as the platform,introduce the comprehensive teaching methods of evidencebased medicine,medical record teaching and"problem-centered",train students'clinical practice ability through simulation examination,and achieve the standard of standardized training of resident.
