摘要 目的研究LBL联合PBL的教学模式在医院乳腺科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选择我院于2016年6月—2017年5月在我院乳腺科进行实习的73名实习生,纳入观察组,此阶段科室带教老师采用以授课为基础的学习模式(lecture-based learning,LBL)联合基于问题学习模式(problem-based learning,PBL),同时将2015年4月—2016年5月进行常规教学的73名实习生,纳入对照组,评价两组实习生满意度及出科成绩。结果观察组实习生对带教模式满意度为94.52%(69例),高于对照组的76.71%(56例),组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=12.878,P<0.05)。观察组实习生出科理论考核结果为(94.56±1.20)分,高于对照组的(86.33±1.02)分,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(t=44.648,P<0.05);观察组实习生操作考核结果为(95.29±1.09)分,高于对照组的(87.46±1.20)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=41.267,P<0.05)。结论采用LBL联合PBL教学法,可有效提高实习生出科考核成绩,且实习生对带教方法满意度较高。 Objective To study the effect of LBL combined with PBL teaching model in clinical practice teaching in the breast department.Methods 73 interns from June 2016 to May 2017 in the breast department of our hospital were selected to be included in the observation group.In this stage,the lecture-based learning(LBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)are used by the teachers in the breast department.At the same time,73 interns who conducted regular teaching from April 2015 to May 2016 were included in the control group.Evaluation of two groups of interns'satisfaction and grades.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.52%(69 cases),which was higher than that of the control group 76.71%(56 cases).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=12.878,P<0.05).The observation group intern nursing practice assessment results for(94.56±1.20)points,the control group was higher than that of(86.33±1.02)points,data comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(t=44.648,P<0.05).The results of operation examination in the observation group were(95.29±1.09)points,which was higher than that in the control group(87.46±1.20)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=41.267,P<0.05).Conclusion Using LBL combined with PBL teaching method,which can effectively improve the intern examination results,and interns in the teaching methods of higher satisfaction.
