摘要
目的探讨渐进式教学模式对口腔科门诊临床实习生教学效果的影响,为实际带教工作提供参考价值。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年12月所接收实习生40名作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组20名,采用传统教学方法 ;研究组20名,予以渐进式教学模式。在出科时,进行理论水平、实践能力等考核,比较组间差异。结果研究组中,理论成绩为(87.26±3.19)分、实践操作技能成绩为(90.12±2.95)分、自定义考核成绩为(89.16±3.22)分,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t分别为7.783、7.591、10.705,P<0.01)。结论渐进式教学模式应用于口腔科门诊临床带教中,可有效利用提升教学效率、充分调动学生学习积极性,改善教学质量。
Objective To explore the effect of progressive teaching mode on the teaching effect of clinical interns in department of stomatology,and to provide reference value for practical teaching.Methods 40 members of the interns received in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.20 members of the interns in the control group were given the traditional teaching method.20 members of the interns in the study group were given a progressive teaching model.In the completion of assessment,theoretical level and practical ability,the difference between the groups.Results In the study group,the theoretical score was(87.26±3.19)points,the practical skill score was(90.12±2.95)points,and the self assessment score was(89.16±3.22)points,which were significantly better than the control group,The difference was statistically significant(t=7.783,7.591,10.705,P<0.01).Conclusion Gradual teaching mode applied to clinical teaching in department of stomatology clinic can effectively improve teaching efficiency,mobilize students'learning enthusiasm and improve teaching quality.
