摘要
目的评估某医科大学国际留学生的心理健康状况,了解该群体的情绪及精神状态。方法采用症状自评量表留学生版SCL-90(SCL-90-overseas student,SCL-90-OS)对80名留学生及1 775名同年级普通本科生进行心理健康评估。结果 80名留学生症状自评量表总分得分为(1.52±0.56)分,高于1 775名普通本科生得分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);躯体化、抑郁、敌对、偏执、其他等因子留学生得分高于普通本科生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),其余因子得分两者对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与普通本科生比较,医学院校国际留学生心理问题较突出。
Objective To evaluate the psychological status of overseas students in medical university,to know the emotion mental experience as well.Methods Using the SCL-90-overseas student(SCL-90-OS)to evaluate 80 overseas students and 1 775 ordinary students in the same grade.Results The total score of 80 overseas students was(1.52±0.56)points,which was significantly higher than the one of 1 775 ordinary students in the same grade,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the factor scores including somatization,depression,hostility,paranoid,others of overseas students are significantly higher than the ones of 1 775 ordinary students in the same grade,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The difference of the scores of the other factors was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Comparing to ordinary students,the psychological problems of overseas students are more prominent.
