国内外基础医学教育、考核关联性的分析与思考

Analysis and Thinking of Basic Medical Education and Assessment Relevance at Home and Abroad

基础医学教育是培养医学专业人才不可或缺的环节,全面推进基础医学教育、促进基础教育的改革发展,能够为我国医疗卫生事业的发展提供良好的支持。然而对当前我国医学医学教育和考核进行研究,发现受到整体医学教育事业起步较晚的影响,我国整体基础医学教育和考核发展存在一定的滞后性,与国外教育水平存在差距,基础医学教育尤其面临着多种问题。本文从国内外基础医学培养目标的差异、教育与考核之间的关联性以及国内外考核标准差异出发,对国内外基础医学教育、考核关联性进行了综述分析,力求能够为我国基础医学教育改革提供相应的理论借鉴。

Basic medical education is an indispensable part of training medical professionals.The promotion of basic medical education in an all-round way and the reform and development of basic education can provide good support for the development of medical and health undertakings in our country.However,the study of medical and medical education and assessment in our country at present shows that the overall medical education started late,the overall basic medical education and assessment in our country have some lag.There is a gap between the level of education and that of foreign countries,and the basic medical education is especially faced with a variety of problems.Based on the differences of basic medical education at home and abroad,the connection between education and examination,and the difference of assessment standards both at home and abroad,this paper reviews the basic medical education at home and abroad,and the correlation between examination and exam ination,and tries to provide a reference for the reform of basic medical education in China.Provide the corresponding theory to draw lessons from.
