B型超声波检查在妇科急腹症中的临床应用价值分析

Analysis of the Clinical Value of B Ultrasonic Examination in Gynecologic Acute Abdomen

目的在妇科急腹症中采用B型超声波检查,分析临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我中心48例妇科急腹症患者临床资料,均采取B型超声波检查,对比临床病理综合诊断。结果本组探究中,B型超声波检查准确率91.67%(44/48)。异位妊娠22例,误诊患者例数1例,检查准确率95.45%(21/22),急性盆腔炎8例,检查准确率100.00%(8/8),卵巢囊肿扭转6例,误诊患者例数1例,检查准确率83.33%(5/6),黄体破裂4例,检查准确率100.00%(4/4),卵巢子宫内膜异位症3例,误诊患者例数1例,检查准确率66.67%(2/3),宫颈粘连2例,误诊患者例数1例,检查准确率50.00%(1/2),子宫肌瘤合并变性2例,检查准确率100.00%(2/2),处女膜闭锁1例,检查准确率100.00%(1/1)。结论在妇科急腹症诊断中行B型超声波检查,可提升检查准确率。但是还需要加大样本量、延长样本选取时间,进一步研究妇科急腹症的特点。

Objective The B ultrasonic examination was used in the gynecologic acute abdomen to analyze the clinical application value.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with gynecologic acute abdomen were analyzed retrospectively.All of them were examined by B ultrasound and compared with the clinicopathological diagnosis.Results In this study,the accuracy rate of B ultrasonic examination was 91.67%(44/48).22 cases of ectopic pregnancy,1 case was misdiagnosed cases,check the accuracy rate of 95.45%(21/22),8 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,check the accuracy rate of 100.00%(8/8),ovarian cyst torsion in 6 cases,1 cases were misdiagnosed cases,check the accuracy rate of 83.33%(5/6),4 cases of rupture of corpus luteum,check the accuracy of 100.00%(4/4),3 cases of ovarian endometriosis,1 cases were misdiagnosed cases,check the accuracy rate of 66.67%(2/3),2 cases of cervical adhesions,1 case was misdiagnosed cases,check the accuracy rate of 50.00%(1/2),2 cases of uterine myoma degeneration,check the accuracy rate of 100.00%(2/2),a touch atresia in 1 case,check the accuracy rate of 100.00%(1/1).Conclusion The ultrasonic examination of B in the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen can improve the accuracy of examination,and it is worth popularizing.However,it is necessary to increase the sample size,prolong the selection of samples and further study the characteristics of gynecologic acute abdomen.
