射频消融术联合臭氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症应用临床研究

Clinical Study of Radiofrequency Ablation Combined With Ozone for the Treatment of Cervical Disc Herniation

目的研究探讨射频消融术联合臭氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症的应用效果,以供临床参考。方法选择我科室收治65例颈椎间盘突出症患者作为观察对象,收治时间为2016年3月—2017年3月,对65例颈椎间盘突出症患者行射频消融术联合臭氧治疗,治疗后随访3个月,回顾性分析治疗优良率、治疗前后VAS评分以及不良反应出现比率。结果射频消融术联合臭氧治疗优良率较高,并且治疗过程未出现不良反应;患者经过治疗后VAS评分显著降低,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射频消融术联合臭氧治疗颈椎间盘突出症效果较优,且安全性较高。

Objective To study the effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone in the treatment of cervical disc herniation for clinical reference.Methods 65 cases of cervical intervertebral disc herniation were selected as the observation objects in our department.The time of admission was from March 2016 to March 2017.65 cases of cervical disc herniation were treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone therapy.After 3 months of follow-up,the good rate of treatment,the VAS score before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were retrospectively analyzed.Results The frequency of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone treatment was excellent,and there was no adverse reaction during treatment.After treatment,the VAS score was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with before treatment.Conclusion The excellent rate of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone therapy is high,and there is no adverse reaction in the treatment process.
