早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检阳性结果相关影响因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors Related to the Positive Results of Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy in Early Breast Cancer

目的分析早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检阳性结果相关影响因素。方法择取2017年1—12月我院收治的40例早期乳腺癌患者,所选患者均接受前哨淋巴结活检,对阳性活检结果的影响因素进行分析。结果从单因素分析结果来看,病灶大小、分子分型因素、术前影像学腋窝评价、组织学分级、Ki-67、Her-2均会对前哨淋巴结活检的病理结果产生影响;从多因素分析结果来看,Ki-67以及病灶大小会影响前哨淋巴结活检结果。结论针对早期乳腺癌患者来说,病理资料对前哨淋巴结活检结果有预测作用,可指导患者进一步治疗。

Objective To analyze the factors related to the positive results of sentinel lymph node biopsy in early breast cancer.Methods 40 cases of patients with early breast cancer were selected from January to December 2017 in our hospital,the selected patients underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy,the factors that influence the positive biopsy results analysis.Results The results from single factor,lesion size,molecular typing,preoperative imaging evaluation of axillary,histological grade,Ki-67 and Her-2 were on the sentinel lymph node biopsy and pathological results of impact;the analysis results from multiple factors,Ki-67 and lesion size of sentinel lymph node biopsy results will affect the.Conclusion For early breast cancer patients,pathological data have a predictive effect on sentinel lymph node biopsy results,which can guide patients to be further treated.
