老年四肢骨折的治疗与分析

The Treatment and Analysis of the Fracture of the Limbs in the Elderly

目的分析不同手术方法治疗老年四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法将我院2015年3月—2017年5月收治的47例老年骨折患者临床资料进行回顾分析,观察不同的手术方法治疗老年四肢骨折的临床效果。结果不同的骨折部位和手术治疗方法对患者的预后有很大的影响,其中股骨颈骨折和胫腓骨骨折患者的预后效果不如其他部位骨折的预后效果(P<0.05)。结论根据患者的身体情况选择合适的手术治疗方法进行治疗,可以有效的减少患者的痛苦,保证患者的身体健康,并在术后对患者实施针对性的护理干预,给予患者心理上的鼓励和支持可以减轻患者的心理压力,降低并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of different surgical methods in the treatment of senile fractures of the limbs.Methods The clinical data of 47 elderly patients with fractures in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,to observe the clinical effect of different operative methods in the treatment of elderly limb fractures.Results Different fracture location and operative treatment had great influence on the prognosis of patients.The prognosis of femoral neck fracture and tibiofibula fracture was not as good as that of other parts(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical treatment method suitable for treatment according to the patient's physical condition,can effectively reduce the pain of patients,ensure the health of patients,and after operation for patients with targeted nursing intervention,patients were given psychological support and encouragement can reduce the psychological pressure of patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
