老年股骨颈骨折的不同手术治疗方式临床对比分析

Clinical Analysis of Different Surgical Management Methods for Femoral Neck Fractures in the Elderly

目的比较不同的手术治疗方法对于老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月—2017年5月来我院就诊的股骨颈骨折患者100例作为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,对照组(n=50)进行切开复位内固定治疗,实验组(n=50)患者进行全髋关节置换术治疗。结果实验组患者手术时间、出血量、术后愈合时间、术后独立下床活动时间与对照组相比较短或少,通过患者术后出院随访检查后,实验组患者恢复优良率高于对照组患者,两组各项指标对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过两组患者治疗后的对比,临床上老年股骨颈骨折患者在进行全髋关节置换术后效果显著。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of different surgical methods for the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 100 cases of femoral neck fracture in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=50)was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the patients in the experimental group(n=50)were treated with total hip replacement.Results The operation time,bleeding volume,healing time and independent bed ambulation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group.After the patients were discharged from the hospital for follow-up examination,the recovery rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After comparing the two groups of patients after treatment,clinically elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after total hip arthroplasty.
