宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术在输卵管阻塞性不孕症治疗中的效果

The Effect of Combined Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Oviduct Obstructive Infertility

目的探讨对输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者采取宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术治疗的临床效果。方法抽取我院2016年1月—2017年1月所接收的68例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者进行对照研究,按照手术方式不同,将其分为单一组和联合组,各组患者分别为34例。单一组仅采取腹腔镜手术进行治疗,联合组则采取宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术进行治疗,对比单一组和联合组的输卵管疏通率以及1年内妊娠率。结果联合组的输卵管疏通率32例(94.12%)高于单一组25例(73.53%),联合组的1年内妊娠率23例(67.65%)高于单一组14例(41.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者采取宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术进行治疗,能够提高输卵管疏通率和1年内妊娠率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility.Methods A total of 68 patients with oviduct obstructive infertility received in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected.They were divided into single group and combined group according to different operative methods,and 34 cases in each group.The rate of tubal dredging and the rate of pregnancy within 1 year were compared between single group and combined group.Results The rate of oviduct dredging in the combined group was 32 cases(94.12%),which was higher than that in the single group of 25 cases(73.53%).Within 1 year,the pregnancy rate in the combined group was 23 cases(67.65%),which was higher than that of the single group of 14 cases(41.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy can improve the rate of tubal dredging and the rate of pregnancy within 1 year.
