总结氯吡格雷应用于临床治疗急性心绞痛的疗效

The Efficacy of Clopidogrel in the Clinical Treatment of Acute Angina Pectoris

目的总结氯吡格雷应用于临床治疗急性心绞痛的疗效。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月收治的90例急性心绞痛患者作为研究对象,每组各45例,常规组实施常规治疗,实验组实施氯吡格雷治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率和心绞痛发作频率以及心绞痛发作持续时间。结果经过治疗后,实验组的治疗总有效率高于常规组,心绞痛发作持续时间短于常规组,心绞痛发作频率少于常规组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性心绞痛治疗中应用氯吡格雷,疗效显著。

Objective To summarize the efficacy of clopidogrel in the clinical treatment of acute angina pectoris.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,90 patients with acute angina pectoris were selected as the study subjects,45 cases in each group.Routine treatment was performed in the routine group.The experimental group was treated with clopidogrel.The total effective rate of treatment and the frequency of angina pectoris and the duration of angina pectoris were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the routine group.The duration of angina pectoris is shorter than that in the routine group.The frequency of angina pectoris is less than that of the routine group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clopidogrel in the treatment of acute angina is significant.
