妇科内分泌失调患者的临床治疗与效果研究

目的探究妇科内分泌失调患者的临床治疗方法及治疗效果。方法选取内分泌失调患者一共90例,入选时间为2016年1月—2017年3月,按随机数字表,将其分成两组,其中对照组45例采取西医方法进行医治,观察组45例则采取西医联合中医分期治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组FSH、E2均高于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.56%,与对照组的77.78%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗妇科内分泌失调,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment and effect of gynecological endocrine disorders.Methods A total of 90 patients with endocrine disorders were selected from January 2016 to March 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=45)was treated with western medicine,while the observation group(n=45)was treated by western medicine by stages.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FSH and E2 in the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,compared with the 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of gynecological endocrine disorders by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,the curative effect is remarkable.
