多种口腔骨修复材料的生物效应研究

摘要 目的于骨缺损部位依次植入羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷,异种胶原骨以及β-磷酸三钙生物陶瓷三类口腔骨修复材料,结合组织定性和定量比较研究其血管化、新骨形成和材料降解性能,来判断其对骨缺损修复和重建的价值和意义,为口腔临床运用供以理论基础。方法 (1)动物模型的构建以及分组:把6条杂交犬分成两组,依次于犬的两侧下颌骨体部构建出5 mm×5 mm的骨缺损,接着依次植入3种成分不一的支架材料。(2)组织学量化分析三种支架的血管化以及成骨状况,展开相关统计学分析。结果其成骨效果于第4周对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),于第12周时β-TCP多孔生物陶瓷体现出较高得骨效果。结论 (1)人工骨材料植入4周时出现非常多的幼稚血管,12周时支架组织中能够产生较为成熟的骨组织,具有明显的哈弗斯系统。(2)多孔β-TCP生物陶瓷在原材料降解的同时成骨能力较高。 Objective In the bone defects were implanted hydroxyapatite,collagen and bone xenograft tricalcium phosphate ceramic three oral bone repair materials,comparative study of angiogenesis,the formation of new bone and the material degradation with qualitative and quantitative analysis,to determine the value and significance of complex repair and reconstruction of bone defect,for use on the theoretical basis for clinical stomatology.Methods(1)animal models were constructed and grouped:6 hybrids were divided into two groups,and 5 mm×5 mm bone defects were constructed on both sides of the mandible.Then 3 kinds of scaffolds with different components were implanted in turn.(2)the vascularization and osteogenesis of the three kinds of scaffolds were quantified by histological analysis,and the relevant statistical analysis was carried out.Results The osteogenesis effect was compared in fourth weeks,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At twelfth weeks,β-TCP porous bioceramics showed higher bone effect.Conclusion(1)a lot of immature blood vessels appear artificial bone material was implanted at 4 weeks,12 weeks to produce bone tissue scaffolds for tissue in mature haversian system has obvious effect.(2)porousβ-TCP bioceramics have high osteogenesis ability while the raw materials are degraded.
