社区老年高血压和糖尿病患者居家环境安全的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Home Environment Safety for Elderly Patients With Hypertension and Diabetes in the Community

目的研究家居环境安全的护理干预对社区老年高血压及糖尿病患者的效果与影响。方法选择2015年1月—2018年1月某社区患有高血压及糖尿病老人80例作为本次研究对象。通过随机分组法,将社区老人分为研究组与对照组,对其进行家居环境的安全性评估,记录结果。结果研究组进行安全护理干预,患者家居环境跌倒率为10.0%,低于采用常规护理法的对照组的62.5%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中知晓跌倒原因率为97.5%,而对照组为45.0%,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家居环境安全的护理干预对社区老年高血压及糖尿病患者的安全有明显的效果。

Objective To study the effect and effect of home environment safety nursing intervention on the elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes in the community.Methods 80 patients with hypertension and diabetes in a community from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.By the random grouping method,the elderly in the community were divided into the study group and the control group to assess the security of their home environment and record the results.Results The study group received safety nursing intervention,and the fall rate of the family environment was 10.0%,which was lower than that of the control group which applied the routine nursing(62.5%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the rate of reasons for falling down was 97.5%and the control group was 45.0%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of home environment safety has obvious effect on the safety of elderly hypertension and diabetes in the community.
