多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理中应用效果

Application of Diversified Nursing in the Nursing of Patients With Diabetes Mellitus and Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理中应用效果。方法收取本次研究糖尿病合并冠心病患者80例,收取时间为2016年4月9日—2017年11月16日,后对收取对象进行随机分组,即观察组——实施多样性护理;对照组——采取常规护理,对比两组患者健康知识水平达标率和依从性评分情况。结果观察组糖尿病合并冠心病患者健康知识水平达标率均高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组糖尿病合并冠心病患者用药依从性得分(91.56±1.23)分、定期随访依从性(89.89±1.65)分、生活依从性(89.58±1.33)分,均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施多样性护理效果显著,不仅能够提高患者健康知识水平达标率,同时还能使其依从性评分得到提高。

Objective To explore the effect of diversity nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease.Methods 80 cases of diabetes combined with coronary heart disease were collected.The collection time was from April 9,2016 to November 16,2017.After the random grouping of the collected objects,the observation group-the implementation of diversity nursing;the control group-the implementation of routine care,the standard rate of health knowledge and compliance score of the two groups were compared.Results The standard rate of health knowledge of the patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.In the observation group,the score of medication compliance(91.56±1.23)points,regular follow-up compliance(89.89±1.65)points and life compliance(89.58±1.33)points in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of diversified nursing for diabetic patients with coronary heart disease is remarkable.It can not only improve the compliance rate of patients'health knowledge level,but also improve their compliance score,which is worth studying.
