老年糖尿病患者施行干预性护理的方法及价值评定

The Method and Value Evaluation of Intervention Nursing in Elderly Patients With Diabetes

目的研究本院接收的老年糖尿病病人在护理的过程中使用干预性的护理方法对恢复的影响,以提升治疗结局。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月在我院进行糖尿病相关治疗的患者88例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对比组两组,每组各44例。对比组采用一般有效常规护理方案,观察组在对比组采用的一般有效常规护理方案的基础上,再增加护理干预方案,并对两组患者临床护理最终疗效进行对比。结果观察组中各血糖指标均低于对比组血糖指标,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明观察组血糖调控程度较好;观察组患者依从性评分高于对比组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明观察组患者在治疗的过程当中依从性较好。结论经本次研究可得,对糖尿病患者的护理中加入综合性的护理干预方案,可有效提升患者治疗的依从性和更好控制血糖,对于患者基本情况的稳定和疾病预后的改善方面,效果确切。

Objective To study the influence of intervention nursing intervention on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus received in our hospital in order to improve the treatment outcome.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,88 patients with diabetes-related treatment in our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general effective routine nursing programs,the observation group used in the control group to adopt the general and effective routine nursing programs based on the additional care intervention program,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The indexes of blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the degree of blood glucose control was better in the observation group and higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group patients in the course of treatment,compliance was better.Conclusion After this study,a comprehensive nursing intervention program was added to the care of patients with diabetes.It can effectively improve the compliance of the patients and control the blood glucose better.For the stability of the basic condition of the patient and the improvement of the prognosis of the disease,the effect is accurate.
