早期康复护理模式在脑梗死患者的临床护理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Model in the Clinical Nursing of Patients With Cerebral Infarction

目的分析早期康复护理模式在脑梗死患者的临床护理中的应用价值。方法随机抽取2015年3月—2016年4月在本院接受治疗的30例患者作为对照组,给予常规护理干预。随机抽取2016年5月—2017年4月在本院接受治疗的30例患者作为观察组,给予早期康复护理。比较两组患者护理效果。结果对照组患者总有效率为66.67%,观察组患者总有效率为93.33%,观察组总有效率优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为脑梗死患者进行早期康复护理干预可有效提高治疗总有效率。

Objective To analyze the application value of the early rehabilitation nursing mode in the clinical nursing of the patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 30 patients treated in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were randomly selected as the control group.Routine nursing intervention was given.30 patients treated in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were randomly selected as the observation group.Early rehabilitation nursing was given.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the control group was 66.67%.The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 93.33%.The total effective rate of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment.
